Continuing forward on the path, the snow crunching under your feet, it feels as if something, or someone, is watching you. You come to a stop, looking around to conform its just a suspicion, as you turn around you realize nothing's there, as you're looking back, you bump into something.. fluffy? You yell out in shock, falling over as you slip on the snow covered ground. The animal looks just as surprised as you are, it yowls out a cry, quickly hiding its face in its 2 sets of ears.
You stare at the creature in wonder, it looks like a cat, but much bigger. You look up on its neck, one of the mysterious crystals implanted into it, you reach up your hand to touch it, as you do, the animal seems to calm a bit, opening its eyes to look down at you.
It lets out a small meowing sound, as it lowers it's head to you. You scratch at its head, it closes its eyes and plops down on the floor, purring, its tail swishing back and forth.
You lay down next to it, it's soft fur brushing up on you. You start to doze off, comforted by this animal's closeness.
