Hi! So, I'll make this a short one: I was drawing my new species line art, and I CANNOT get satisfied with the face. I don't even know if I like the body honestly, but I kept it all so you can see my thought process when making your entry!
I want the entire lines redone for your entries, I just wanted to be sure you could visualize the anatomy.
Please keep the first set of paw pads in the same orientation as the one I drew, those are their front feet pads :)
I will be scoring your entries when judging using a point system, rating your basic entry out of 100, and adding additional points per extra field you fill. I may still pick an entry with 'less points' based off the fact I just LOVE the lineart, but if you get more points I have a prize pool of rares I'll be giving out to high scores!
This will be an unposted point system so as to not make anyone feel watched lol. I'm just keeping tabs in my notebook.

MUST include:
-A clear reference sheet style line art that is easily readable for artists for color in, label layers! Separate the tail from the body lineart! The more user-friendly the better.
-Removable base antennae
-Base lineart for both female AND male caterpurrlars, make the neck ruff removable from the original lineart, on a seperate layer to achieve this.
-Baby lineart, 4 cubs total!
-Color palette
-Paw pad references, both the one I drew for the front two paws as well as a set of four for the legs.
-A front facing reference of just the head
-Base background. If I can overlay it to change the color that'd be awesome! Caterpullars come from a mystic grove, use that as you will :D

Mutation ideas I have: Different tails such as gecko tails, bird tails, cat tails, etc. Different ears. Long fur. Different antennae. Horns. Spikes. Multiple tails. Wings. Hooves. Dragon snout. Canine snout.
+3-5 points per mutation depending on complexity
-Different poses in your style other than your original to choose from to use as their base lineart. +3 points if just lineart, +5 points if also a color layer!
-Different background options, +5 points per
-A white outline around your lineart to make it clear and seperated from backgrounds. +1 point

Antennae of some kind, having none would be considered a defect. Usually feathery, like moth antennae
Always 6+ paws/feet, debating if they should be sticky little grabby toes like caterpillar feet, spider paws, or cat paws.
Two of their feet will always be arms, like a raptor has. These front feet have four total toes, one of which is opposable and is on the inner segment of their arms. They have tiny claws on these front feet. Incredibly similar to gecko feet but in the form of paws.
They have whiskers just as cats do, and their face is majorly feline with some hints of canine within. Sort of like a short-snouted eastern dragon.
Males *always* have a collar ruff, similar to a lion. Can vary in length and texture.
Females can sometimes have collar ruffs, but theirs will never be *just* a ruff and must also have some hair on the top of the head or cheeks
Usually based off of some type of bug or insect in coloration, but can deviate, however non-natural looking colorations and patterns that you wouldn't really see in nature are an uncommon+ mutation.
