Basic Personality: Topper is a pony who is nearly always moving and needs to have something to occupy his mind, lest he get bored and start messing with the other citizens. Fast paced and chaotic, he is always flitting around and trying to juggle multiple tasks at once. Sometimes to the detriment of himself and others involved. It can be frustrating when trying to talk with Topper as he always seems to be thinking of something else and often unable to pay attention, making him seem rude and uninterested. He isn't trying to be rude though, just prone to forgetting that others are around and actually trying to talk with him. That's what happens when you've been alone for so long though. After many reclusive years trying to master his black hole magic, Topper is still trying to reintegrate himself with the world again and figure out where he belongs in it.
