In order to become an artist you must fully read,understand the rules.

As a nursery artist you will be in control of breedings, and as such are required to be able to blend the characteristics of both parents.
As a growth artist you will be in charge of "Growing" the babies up once they have reached a week of life, and Making them as accurate as possible to what the nursery artist prepared.

You must follow all rules and traits set.

All you are doing is finding the middle ground in between the two pegadeer to create their baby outcomes. you'll find the adult lines that you'll need to transfer the baby designs onto. This is the "growth " stage and baby pegadeer take a week to "grow" to their adult forms.

Yes unless you can't then you can give access to someone else who has the ability to complete growths (like me or another nursery staff assigned to growths) to complete them. You can take two weeks to finish the growths or longer if necessary. For the artist search you should complete all growths. Growths should be separate from the nursery batch. Create a color in for each adult hope this helps, and if you have any more specific questions or problems with the lines feel free to pm me

Would you mind if I showed you a picture of the first deer baby as an adult? I’m really proud of him, and decided to draw the adult version before the baby one. It took me a really long time and I’m proud of it.
