Chomper Cats - or Chompers - are a very bizarre creature that somewhat resembles a cat, but almost most certainly isn't. They have cute little ears, chunky bodies and paws, and a grin that some think of as 'cute', some as 'mildly unsettling'. Most of the time they have friendly, rather cheeky personalities, but they can and most certainly will bite if provoked. This is a bad idea, considering their jaws are strong enough to break rock (and bone, if we're being bluntly honest). Their large teeth are used to consume their exclusive diet of candy - preferably hard candy, like caramels, lollipops, and jawbreakers. Each Chomper Cat actually has a lollipop in place of a regular tail that they can munch on at leisure, and it will always regrow (but only in the same flavor, which is why they crave a variety of other candies). Large, drooly tongues help in the breakdown of sugars once their impressive teeth have done all the crunching work. Chomper Cats only show up around Halloween - enticed by the amount of candy, of course - so you'll only have a limited time to try and befriend one to take home.
