new and fresh version! ill probably add shading to the cover bc i feel like it needs it but im battling with internet issues rn

how this works:
you design an oc for me based on my likes listed below
if i like them, ill let you know that im going to be claiming them, and i will then do a design for you following your likes! [i can also offer art in return if youd rather not get new ocs!]

my side will likely be off oekaki, especially with these internet issues

rules:
-YOU MUST FOLLOW MY DESIGN TOS. i will follow any TOS that you give me
-I will do my best to do these in a timely manner [within 1 month] however if you feel that I am taking too long, then let me know that you are no longer interested [you may keep/sell/etc the oc]. please note that I would never use an oc before fully paying them off!
-if I do not want to keep a design, I will let you know. you are free to do with it as you wish
-please refrain from super specific requests - I likely will not be able to do them!
-off oekaki is completely fine! youre free to post the design here or pm me
-note that I will try to match effort for effort!
-i will do breedings between 2 chars if they are allowed to be bred!
-you can complete this multiple times! just wait for me to finish one of your designs before making the next
