II - First time participating is FREE, if you end up wanting to do it again, it will cost you 50c$.
III - While you can list likes and dislikes, I will mostly take artist liberty, unless I feel inspired by what you have listed.
IV - I will get to these on my days off, if you would like to know what days those are, check my listography in my signature.
V - I will be doing these in order, so if you have noticed that I skipped you, contact me.
VI - The bottle you choose to colour does not have an impact on the final creation.
VII - Most designs from this challenge will be dragon-like ferals, with the perhaps occasional anthro.
