Just a little experiment. C: I should have posted this in sketches and experiments, but oh well. ^.^ I need some advice on how to make that texture in the eyes.. any advice?

blend the lines a bit! and make the eye edges clearer!

Thanks, whenever I try to blend it blends the background so I don't know how to blend them. xD I just realized this was in colored in. o.O Please move to beginners. c:

perhaps the pic is layered? there is a bar on the oekaki that displays the layers
