Preliminary rules
- OCs created MUST be wolverines [gulo gulo]. Any other will be disregarded.
- Gulo hybrids CAN be entered, but I’d prefer they be 70/30 gulo to other species.
- Feral and anthro are both allowed.
- Top three places will receive prizes.
- I’ll be keeping the top three entries, everyone else is free to do what they want with their entries [keep it, sell it, gift it to anyone].
- You may make as many entries as you feel you can handle!
- Each entrant can only win one prize, to make it fair to everyone else.
- All designs must be fully coloured to be a contestant.
- Your entry can be on oekaki or off oekaki, your choice!
- No bases.

- Overtly feminine designs [no hate just not my taste rn]
I encourage you to:
- Draw it yourself. Please don’t use the little dude to design on, he and the fancy floating grass background are just there so my topic doesn’t get locked for capital text-on-background offenses.
- If you don’t enjoy using oekaki, feel free to do it off oekaki! Just remember to have a cover image for a color in, and put the character there.
- Get creative! Wings, horns, anthro, feral. It’s all good, as long as it’s RECOGNIZABLY a gulo/wolverine.
- Using natural gulo markings and coats as a starting point! They have a very handsome coat type and their chest spotting is very neat.
I discourage:
- Using bases if you’re doing it off-oekaki.
- Using generic furry creature type body. I really want the art to be recognizably gulo, and the generic dogthing I see on a lot of non-cat or non-dog characters isn’t something I’m interested in.
- Going full sparklegulo. I enjoy unnatural accent colors and eyes/nose/tongue/blood, but I’d enjoy a few earthy tones in there at least.
