I'll be using this base by kageyenova. Since it is a P2U base, I'll be making the designs underneath my cover. This page is just for your palette and anything else you wanna draw.

I will be randomly rolling a number 1-10 to see which pose you get.

You will not find the bases inside (since it is a P2U base, I deleted the bases underneath so that no one could get around that).

You may edit anything you see and draw some accessories and/or patterns and edits that you like/dislike. There's not a guarantee that you will get accessories or edits.

This is free and ongoing for the moment. It's not a guarantee that you will get a pup. You may color in more than once (just don't spam).

You don't have to add me to your drawing.

I will post a link to your finished pup (if I do it) to the comments of your palette (unless you state in your description that you want me to PM it to you).

Edit: By the way, you can use the fill bucket tool or the lock alpha (lock transparency) feature to color in the palette; either will work.
