What are they?
Fruit Bats are a small, insect eating mammal.
They are roughly the size of a human hand,
and are a mix of bothflying squirrels, and bats.
They have evolved to grow smallfruits and
flowers from their tails. The growth is to attract
flies and other small insects. They are usually
found in dense forests or jungles, but due to
their size and friendly nature, humans tend to
keep them as pets. Their role is to keep their
owners home bug-free, and they are happy to
do so. They have small hands to grab objects
and prehensile tails that they can hand upside
-down from.
