What are jell-beans?
jelly-beans are a closed species that have jelly or clear like body parts such as ears, tail(s) and legs.
all jelly-beans are nekos. They can have fast mood changes, and all they eat is candy!
rules:
-you cannot make your own jelly-bean as they are a close species
-jelly-beans may never be used for nsfw/fetish art
-jelly-beans can be used as "gore" but not super explicit.
-you may not sell for real currency only online currency (c$/wl pets/gems/treasure/etc.)
-no limit on how many jelly-beans you can own.
-do not bully other users
-don't get mad if you lost a raffle or bidding.
-do not brag if you won a raffle/bid
-please respect all the staff
-if you are banned you are no longer able to apply to adopt a jelly-bean.
-if anyone breaks these rules please inform me and they shall be marked with one warning
