Ever just wanna draw a squiggly line, add a head, maybe some wings and some fluff and call it yours? Well now you can!

Welcome to Doodle Snoodles, where you can either edit the basic snoodle I've created already (his name is Dandy, by the way) or make your own squiggly line and create your own Doodle Snoodle!

Lore-wise, Doodle Snoodles are, as you could probably have guessed, doodles that I and fellow artists have magicked into life to be your snoodley friends! And we'll happily do the same for your own doodles! ^v^ That's it! Nothing too complicated. ^^

A few rules to keep in mind:
These may be subject to change...

In general, feel free to use this however you want with a few exceptions:

Don't sell a basic snoodle design for any kind of currency. If you make your own squiggly line or if you at least edit the basic one I've drawn to add fun things like wings/fluff/etc., then go ahead ^^

In order to be part of the official species:

Please follow the species guidelines below

Only official artists may officially make rare or higher snoodles (mods & and the archivist may also use these traits to make their own snoodles ^^)
This rule applies retroactively as well. If you aren't an official artist and you've already made a rare or higher snoodle that you'd like to make official, then just apply and all your snoodles past and present join with you :3
(Please don't let this stop you from doodling some awesome snoodles, though. In all honesty, this rule is purely for the purpose of encouraging artist applications. All artists are welcome here ^v^)

Standard Snoodle

Squiggle line with a head at one end, lil' dot eye & a lil flicky tongue. Any kind of pattern/color

Common Snoodle

Bat or Feather Wings
Fluff (mane, tail, head, etc.)
Fire Breathing
Head crest of any kind (feathered, finned, etc.)
No tongue or different tongue
Spikes
Horns/antlers
Fangs

Uncommon Snoodle

Zig-zag instead of squiggly line
Squiggly line is outlined/layered
Fins, fishy stuff
Other kinds of wings (insect, skeleton, etc.)
Feathers (other than on the head, of course)
Whiskers
Ears
Antennae
Stinger(s)
Simplified emoji expression
Alternate tail tips (rattle, spade, club, etc.)

Random Doodle Snoodle Facts

Like the fact that snoodles don't have sexes, but they can have genders, so you'll be able to breed male x male & female x female, etc. ^^

When I make an adult snoodle, I use round hard edge pencil at 6 for the original squiggly line and then 3 for any other traits I want to add. ^^
