PLEASE READ: recently, CS mods have been locking oekaki covers, simply because the drawing shown on the post isnt drawn on oekaki. i dont approve of it at all, especially because the mods are abruptly reinforcing a rule that they've never enforced before for the years i've been around on CS. this is why, if you make an entry off oekaki and your cover is locked, your entry will still be considered for the c4c. if you prefer to, you can pm me your entry instead, and it'll be considered for a c4c that way, too. all rules still apply and i will still let you know if im claiming your entry or not within 48 hours of me reading the pm.
you can both pm and post your entry. doing both is optional; pming me is also optional.
