"beans" / bernard:
- probably dirty blonde or smth
- kinda dumb, but means well (usually)
- used to be a space pirate. shep brought down his crew with another impostor and let him live, they're best friends now
- if things are looking bad they'll join in with the impostor.
- "what do you have?" "a knife" "NO"
- gets himself in trouble a lot. endless back-sass
- tattoos and piercings from his pirate days. has an octopus one going up his arm for one
- probably has enough hours logged to be an expert electrician
- still can't swipe that dang admin card right tho
"gun" / gunther:
- old man
- will change the number every time u ask him how old he is
- been on the ship for longer than anyone else
- good at spotting impostors, terrible at lying though
- usually gets caught 1 - 2 people in if he's impostor
- very straightforward, strict
- sighs and rolls his eyes a lot. he's tired especially of beans lmao
"shep" / shepherd:
- space alien
- boarded bernard's ship with the intent of going to their home planet
- their fellow impostor started killing when they realized they weren't going back anywhere. got ejected pretty fast lmao
- doesn't like to kill, but it's instinctive. if someone runs past them too fast they can't always override the impulse to attack
- shapeshifter species (though shep himself can't do it very well), can alter his voice to match other crewmates, has good vision in the dark
- his name means something akin to shepherd in his native language, beans thought it would be easier to call him shep so he goes with it.
- hard carapace-like skin, long prehensile tail with a sharp spade on the end that he keeps tucked away in his space suit.
- claws grow long, they have to cut them nearly every day to keep them from ruining the gloves on their suit
- will protect bernard from impostors. and people. no touchy
- doesn't really know how to do tasks, but they can fake it. avoids playing with wires on bernard's request bc cleaning up the frayed wires shep leaves behind is a hassle
- his kind is near-extinct, their journey as a species into space in an attempt to revive their population on new planets. not sure if there are any others of his kind left
