30C$ (or WL pet/store item equivalent) for a sheet of 4
All you have to do is send me the pallets or themes you want used, or you can leave it up to "dealer's choice"
I will:
Add hair, piercings, horns, and simple items (scarves, beanies, etc.) upon request
Change ears/tails upon request
Use any lineart I've already used (check my gallery)
Make the base upon request (I will add 10C$ to your total, however)
I will not:
Completely change the lineart/base
Copy anyone else's characters/designs
Edit the designs after uploading (I will add you to the sheet so you may edit any of the designs as you see fit)
Remove the signatures on the bases I use
