I thought this was perfect for practicing different layer and color techniques. I think it'll help me bring more life to character commissions!

The fishy is inspired by my previous fish a calico ryukin and my current granite calico fancy

Please don't keep fish in bowls

i agree 100% i just really like the aesthetic of fishbowls so instead of keeping fish in a bowl i just do it virtually in drawings

Oh i completely agree! It does look pretty and thats why I left the bowl. Just wanted people to know they shouldn't do that no matter how cute it is. I use my fish bowl and mini tank to breed seed shrimp and scruds
