I recolored entirely all layers completely and changed the pallette shape.
Base by 1lach go check em out they make super awesome stuff and dragon editables

so this will be Za'lyon (Za - pronounced like zane | lyon - pronounced li- ion[eon] ' marks a silent l)
wel since i made a king place holder design might aswell name him and go with 'im (not guaranteeing on keeping all or half the scars)
