Wyverinx, just a symptom of many scientific experiments that
were preformed illegally in an attempt to build the ideal pet.
While gene editing technology has been around for a while, nobody
expected it to find it's place in illegal underground labs that splice designer
animals for fun. The wyverinx is what you'd expect to see a child create
if you taught them how to use basic photoshop- except they're real! Around
the size of a small house cat, these animals are completely hairless, with
some minor exceptions. Their front limbs are webbed like the wings of
a bat, and their tails are thick and chunky like that of a leopard gecko.
Surprisingly enough, these things can actually fly with some effort!

Not much can be done about the wyverinx at this point, they have become
relatively commonplace as both strays and as household pets. However they
seem not to post a huge threat to ecosystems. That being said, having very
few natural instincts, it's not in their best interest to be left outside all
alone! Overall wyverinx make a pretty cool household pet... so what do you
say? Are you willing to adopt one?
