Manta Dogs are a hybrid of land and ocean dwelling creatures. They were
found in the coral reefs of Australia, and are native to tropical waters. A
Manta Dog typically travels in a swarm of 6 or more, with a 'job' system.
There is always a leader, their significant other, and a healer. The Manta
Dogs have shown behavior similar to wolf packs, with how they take care
of their young. Manta Dogs have shown no age limits, and some even go
to say they are eternal.

A Manta Dog's set characteristics are a fox-like head, a lion's mane, front
legs of either a lion or a fox, with fins like manta rays replacing their back
legs. They have been seen with many types of tails, ears, and fur however.
It is noted that they can come in any sort of design, some being unnatural
and others being more natural! In ancient history there has been a few
'divine' Manta Dogs noted, with outerworldly traits.

----- Brief History

Manta Dogs were originally an idea of floral, but were purchased by
Sennafraid on June 2nd, 2020. Since then, a contest for a new
lineset featuring more traits were purchased, and the species is back!

A MYO ticket of a certain rarity lets you use all and as many of the traits of that tier
as you wish, and all beneath it. Very rare traits/MYOs are rarely distributed.

Standard
Same colored eyes, no edits, standard ears.


Common
heterochromia, thicker tail, shorter tail, whiskers, above-jaw hair, any

Uncommon
Thinner tail, longer tail, custom ear edit, back fins, below-jaw hair,

Rare
