Rules:
1. Entries must be CS appropriate
2. You can make Tikry, Sivk, and Rih Kahvs, make Healthy Kahvs, and use any Uncommon and Rare General Mutations you want
3. No stealing other's designs
4. No using already existing designs/transfering designs
5. Entries can be claimed for usage as long as the person who created the design is okay with it and the person who wants to claim it has an open Slot in their Pack, a MYO with the correct rarity/type, and any extra items that may be needed
6. You are allowed to make major line edits and/or create your own lines
7. You are allowed to make Off-Oekaki entries, but at least one must be On-Oekaki
8. For multiple entries it is preferred that you make a cover, though you don't have to
9. You can create as many entries as you want
