I was watching Kipo and I was like "hm yes I will make a mutant hyena now" and so this was born
Not 100% sure about the colour palette tbh, might change up the stripe colour later but this is it for now I guess
as always I don't have a name for this, too many OCs too little names; feel free to leave name suggestions if ya want.
