"Make a character, get a character" entry

Is this even a dog anymore...?
Sorry I didn't use the base... I was going to but then suddenly I felt like getting really creative with it (or trying to at least) XD
anyways, I hope you like this one! here are my likes and dislikes if you decide to do mine :3 (also just so you know I'm not expecting you to not use the base, I just did that because I felt like drawing my own thing lol):
likes:
blue-green/colder colors, creative designs, any of the palettes to the left here, minor glowing parts (preferred on a darker base color), some grey/dark grey, galaxy designs, ocean themed designs, Forest designs/themes, Big ears, lots of fluff, horns, wings, antennae with fluff at the end, "Spikey" mouth shape, larger teeth that stick out a little bit, freckles, scales, etc.
dislikes:
red-orange/lots of warmer colors, overly simple designs, really dark or light colors that are hard to see (besides a darker base color, if that makes sense?), eye-melting colors (like yellow, pink, other bright colors, and neons), whole thing glowing, etc.
(feel free to ask me about any of this or anything that might not be here!)
