ix. Staff's word is rule. This is if I'm not able to access CS or Discord, the staff will most likely have talked it out with me or each other and decided what seemed best, so please listen to them.
x. Adopts may not be made by non-staff. Re-adopts are allowed but please inform me or another staff member so we know you're giving away the CD. Re-adopts must be publicly visible to everyone, judged within 3 weeks of end date, and you are not allowed to back out once you've posted it.
xi. Selling a CD is a bannable offence. Just re-adopt or trade it.
xii. transferring out the species requires owner, and owner only, permission.
Customs/MYOs/etc wrote:i. Do NOT make a CD with traits that are higher than your tier myo. This also goes for making a CD without an myo. You must have an myo to create your own CD.
ii. Fill out the appropriate form needed.
iii. Your CD is not real/valid until a staff member has approved it.
iv. Off-oekaki MYOs and Growths are the only acceptable off-oekaki CD.
v. To revamp a CD please ask owner permission only.
vi. If you wish to use a unlisted trait, dm the owner only. This goes for adopts as well.
Staff Rules wrote:i. Artists much make at least 2 adopts a month.
ii. Ghost staff gets a one month trial; if accepted they will stay and if not they are allowed to reapply.
iii. Artists may make one one rare trait adopt. The rest can be any traits, and any amount, from uncommon and below.
iv. Payment is provided for both ghost and regular staff. It consists of items, myos, and currency.
v. Any profit adopt made must have a CS payment option. Doesn't matter if it's c$, pets, or items, one of those must be an option for bidding/buying.
Breeding wrote:i. Same sex breedings are allowed.
ii. CDs have 5 breeding slots.
iii. Cooldowns for breeding last 28 days.
iv. A jelly bean can be grown after 40 days.
v. Incestuous breedings are not allowed, and JB and adult breedings are also not allowed. If you wish to breed your JB you must have a full and finished adult ref and provide proof of the growth. If your JB is just "ready to be grown" or "growth in progress", breeding is not allowed.
vi. There may be up to three partners per one breeding.
vii. The maximum amount of JBs per breeding is 4.
Trading wrote:i. You must own a CD for at least 30 days before you can trade or gift it.
ii. Please provide all proof needed and fill out the form completely to help our Archivists/Bankers.
iii. You may trade no more than up to three CDs per trade.
These are the current rules but rules are bound to change or get added onto so please be careful.
