i'm not 100% sure what the signs mean but i think the one one the bottom is danger and the one one the top in sympathy

In the Kanji dictionary, neither of those mean what you said.

in chinese Danger is 危险 or 危險 and Sympathy is 同情

In Kanji Sympathy is 涙 and Danger is 難
