About Starbelled Goat-Finches ::
The Starbelled Goat-Finch, or 'Starbie", is a tiny goat like creature no larger than a house cat. They bleat and skip like your typical goat, and occasionally try to fly. Unfortunately, flying for them goes just about as well as it does for a chicken. Starbies will eat literally anything from plastic containers to Oreos, for they have guts of steel. They are really quite cute, Will you adopt one for yourself?

Rules for Adopting & Owning ::
You may sell, gift, or trade your Starbie's as you desire
Some Starbie's may be free to adopt, while others must be purchased
If a Goat-finches ownership gets changed, please inform Marilu.
Dont forget to give proper credit for the species/design
You may not change your Starbie's design
You may not steal another owners Goat-finch or its design
Currently, breedings and customs are not an option
Any acts of aggression, harassment, or disrespect will be taken seriously
You may not make your own Goat-finch, its a closed species

If you want to see new traits added to the rarity list, please ask!
Artists are allowed to make free and purchasable adopts
Artists may ask for USD, DA points, C$, CS Pets, Other Characters & more for their adopts
OTA, Auction, and Flatsale adopts are allowed
ABs are not required for auctions
Please try to make as many free adoptables as you do purchasable (We want everyone to have a chance to participate in the species)
Artists are required to have a Discord to communicate properly with the rest of the staff

Guest Artist Rules & Guidelines ::
Guest artists have 3 weeks to create their 4 trial adopts
All 4 of the adopts competitions must end within the 3 week trial
Guest artists may not ask for any form of payment for their trial adopts, all must be free to adopt
Only standard, common, or uncommon traits may be used by GA's
