this is my kel, Ryder! You can find a ref here or here. There's a note in there about his colouring, but I'll go into a lil more detail below if you need more help.
Please draw him in your style! I love all art <3 You can draw a headshot, bust, or fullbody, shaded or not, you don't even need to colour him (as long as you can tell the difference between him and basic keldine lines). You can even take off my drawing and use the full canvas. You can even draw him traditionally or offsite!!

Hints/help/suggestions:
Smudgy pattern:
basic pen tool, on the note I put my suggested size and scattering. You can fiddle around with the spacing setting, too.
The edges of a lot of the pattern is faded using the soft eraser, to do this you'll have to add the pattern on a separate layer (and can clip it to the colour layer), then erase it from there so it doesnt affect the base.

Hair/ear/face/neck:
Blue into yellow, yellow into blue, (suggested) put it on a separate layer and watercolour it.

Scales:
they do fade into blue, if you do a headshot like me plain yellow should work. Use the dodge tool to lighten it, and you can put half-opacity white details on them if youd like.
