what are maroka dragons?

Maroka Dragons are a type of eastern dragon that heavily resembles tigers and coyotes. Their size can vary from huge to tiny, the most common size being about 5ft tall.
They usually have 4 long whiskers with feathers at the end on them. Two feathers are located by their mouth, and the other two on their back. Their whiskers can come off if a larger creature had threatened them, but this is uncommon. The whiskers grow back much shorter but the feathers do not grow back at all.
They also have horns that appear all over their bodies. Sometimes, the horns can actually be quills and they can use them like a porcupine. Once they are used like that, they slowly grow back over time. These quills are only located near the tail or on the tail.
On rare occasions, all of the horns are quills.
Marokas have the ability fly like an eastern dragon, but can only fly for a short period of time. Marokas with large wings are able to fly for a long period of time unlike normal marokas.
They usually live in places where they can camouflage easily, such as a white or grey Maroka living in the arctic. -- wip

nursery adopts, etc. are not going to be made currently. this will be changed in the future when i make them, so the only way to obtain one currently is to win an adopt.

artist search is closed at this time. when it is, if you want to claim a design, please let the artist know and let me know as well, so i can make an archive for claimed artist entrys // edit; artist search is open!

- any harassment will not be tolerated, please be respectful to everyone
- please refrain from mini-modding
- please pm me or a mod if you have any questions
- any rules that are broken can and will result in a strike or ban
- please do not trace over any art

- you can not sell, trade or gift your maroka until you have had them for 2 weeks
- you can not sell your maroka for more than it was originally sold for
- you cannot sell marokas for real currency, only c$, etc.

Event exclusive pets/traits
event exclusive aren't only traits, they're personal pets for your maroka! they can be obtained through an event, such as a christmas event or a summer event. they may be able to be bought or brought back in the future, but this is uncertain at of right now.
