Dinoken, a unique race of raptor-like animals known for their charming demeanor,
they are small, about the size of a turkey or chicken, and shaped like a bipedal dino... hence the name!
Although they appear reptilian, they seem to have paw-like legs, and the ability to grow fur which is unusual to say the least,
but it doesn't take away from their adorable appearance and social nature. Dinoken live in flocks of up to 5, and are social creatures.
Sometimes they can be seen together in cities, feasting on leftovers from the dumpster- however, despite their bottom-feeding tendencies, dinoken are pretty intelligent. They communicate in a plethora of squeaks, chirps and growls, and can even display complex feelings and emotions. Overall, they are pretty harmless and pose no threat to humans. They have even been shown to
form strong, trusting bonds with humans and other animals alike!

General:
• Please be courteous to every member of the community, treat others how you would like to be treated.
• Please do not steal the concept or art of Dinoken.
• Please do not spam or minimod.
• Please do not enter competitions after they have been closed.
• No guilt tripping.
• You may own as many dinoken as you would like.
• You may not alter your dinoken appearence.
• You may not make your own dinoken if you do not have permission.
• If you have questions, ask!

Staff:
• Staff should compose themselves in a mature, and unbiased manner.
• Staff are to be respected by the community.
• To be considered active
Artists must create one batch per month.
Archivists must update the archives at least once per month.
Mods must be active during the month.
• Inactive staff will be given a warning after a month of inactivity, and will be removed within the two weeks following that warning if they do not respond and there was no prior notice to explain their inactivity.
• Staff recieve one MYO for every month of activity.
• Staff recieve one personal batch every month of activity.

MYOs
•You must own a MYO item or be an active staff member for the month to be allowed to make a MYO.
• All edits and items used must be listed before an artist will approve your MYO. A MYO will not be approved if it has illegal edits, or the lists and items have not been provided.
• A MYO must be approved by a moderator before it becomes an official dinoken.
• The special category of edits is limited to specific items that must be won through events, they may not be used with an enchanted egg item.
• Mods are allowed to ask for MYOs to be altered if they do not follow the rules.
• You may create your own MYO or have somebody else create it for you.

Trading:
• Dinoken are never to be used as “fodder” for trading. Please only make trades that you are sure that you want to participate in.
• Dinoken may only be traded for other dinoken or dinoken items. You may not trade dinoken for CS pets, C$ or other currency.
• The archivist must be notified of all trades through the archive update thread before the trade may be deemed official.
• Users who participate in a trade have a strict cooldown of one month before they may trade again.
• Only two way trades may occur.

So where did dinoken come from.. exactly?
The first sighting of dinoken occurred in 1976, and since have become far more common in neighbourhoods
and in the wild. Despite this, they don't seem to have had a bad impact on local ecosystems...

Dinoken are very unique creatures, they have a plethora of unusual mutations that makes
every single one unique from the norm!

Regular edits:
Fur and horns are the unique traits seen in dinoken most often and their
distribution tends to follow a pattern:

Dinoken can also have up to 3 tails, different shapes of tail, pupil shape, missing limbs, glow, height / weight, whiskers,
scars, split pupil, split eye, missing eyes, scales, rattlesnake tail, feathers.

Special edits:
Mineral / Organic growth (plants, crystals, fungi), powers, halos, multiple sets of wings, webbed fins,
elemental aspects, gills, multiple heads, antlers, mechanical / electrical implants, colour / pattern changing.

Illegal edits:
Ears, multiple eyes, front legs.
