For 20C$ I'll do a flat color simple pixel animation! They'll be 100X100 so you could use hem as an avatar if you wanted.
Animation can be a single simple action (Overall, bounce, head bob, tail wag, speech bubble, etc) don't be afraid to ask if you aren't sure if the action qualifies : ) I can do most feral animals and anthro. No people, sorry!
If you want it shaded I can do that for 40C$ : )
