NPC Rules:
i. You may only breed with each NPC twice. This is tracked in the nursery archive.
ii. Your cat will go on a 2 week cooldown after the breeding (since the NPC cannot go on cooldown).
iii. Cats related through an NPC are still considered related and cannot have kittens together.
iv. Retired NPCs may not be used in breedings without the use of a retired nursery NPC pass (info here).
