Update April 23rd 2020: Anyone caught doing "Offbrand/knockoffs" will be automatically banned from the species.

Since this is a thing now on chickensmoothie, this falls under this rule: Making unauthorized Leosharks is prohibited.

Making offbrands is theft, and is NOT tolerated here. This species is both profit and free to obtain, so it's possible to get one without spending. The ban list has been updated to prevent potential knockoffs.

These are closed species, you may NOT make one of your own or make any ripoffs of them. When they open up, I will provide approved ways to get MYO slots for free! These will be mainly obtained by free tryouts. (Raffles, prompts, etc...) but rarely be for any type of payments (unless high rarities done by me)

General rules

- Leosharks are closed species, you cannot make one without an MYO/custom ticket.
MYO events will be fairly regular, so it's quite easy to get one!

- Rip-offs/theft/off-brands/claiming you own these/stealing others leosharks/tracing/etc... is obviously prohibited.
You will be permanently banned if this happens.

- You cannot resell these for real-life currency, even if it has extra artwork.
This goes for MYO slots or any paid adopts as well, even if they are purchased with currency.

- Leosharks may only be traded for other leosharks or MYO slots or for outside CS/character designs.
You may only trade a leoshark for other closed species IF said closed species allow this.

- A two-week cooldown will be placed when you obtain a leoshark.
This applies for any way you get one, like by trading, winning an adopt, buying an MYO, etc...

- Leosharks may be of any gender/identity and any sexual orientation!
The Leoshark community is a pro LGBT+ safespace.

- Leosharks MAY be breed with any genders/identities!
Male x male, female x female, etc..... pairings can be bred! It IS possible for polygamous couples (breeding of 3+ leosharks) to be bred. (More information will arrive when the nursery is open!)

- Designs based off of copyrighted content (Fandesigns) can be only approved by my permission.
You must PM me asking about if your design can be based off of/have accessories of copyrighted content. This is to prevent copied designs or prevent any designs from being made of unfriendly chickensmoothie content. This goes for artists and staff as well. I might say no with limited explanation, since it could be already claimed or future designs. Fandom designs are mainly for staff customs as a reward for their hard work. This is likely the reason if your idea is turned down/already claimed!

- Designs off of copyrighted content cannot be made in free MYO events.
It will be impossible to keep track and regulated.

Community rules

- Drama/harassment is not tolerated.
Treat others as you want to be treated.

- Since this is an LGBT+ safe-space species, homophobia, transphobia, etc.. will NOT be tolerated.
No exceptions.

- If there is a problem on any leoshark threads, do not reply.
PM me about the issue and I'll report said post to Chickensmoothie staff and issue any warnings/reminders/ban that might be needed.

- Users that have any reminders/warnings/bans issued will be notified by PM by me.
Warnings/bans are on thread, but reasons why are not listed. Do not ask me why said people are under the list.

Bans/warnings
Warnings are given a "3 strikes you're out" basis. Warnings and bans are logged, but only the username and profile ID. Reminders are not logged publicly, and it depends on the situation on how many reminders tally to a warning. Consequences are determined on the seriousness of the situation; a ban can be placed even if you have no warnings. Appeals for bans are not available yet, but possibly in the future.

We reserve the right to ban anyone we're not comfortable with in the species.

We will not release ban/warning reasonings publically.
Do not ask why "username x" is banned.
