different border color, but I thought this was less..Chaotic,
so I went with it. Also, I'm probably never doing owl anatomy again. ;-;

Well, first I switched the brush to a square hard edge. Then, I stacked the needed colors on top of each other. Finally, I used the weird finger tool thing to smudge it across. Then, since it wasn't long enough, I had to double the layer and flip it. Heh..
