Hi! I'd like to make some changes to your genotype. Currently, your genotype describes a longhaired red-based mackerel tabby point. However, your cat appears to be a longhaired dilute chocolate-based classic tabby tortoiseshell tortoiseshell. Therefore, the genotype should look like this: ll | bb | Oo | dd | AA | mcmc | spsp | tata | ww | CC.
  • ll: This correctly describes a longhair cat.
  • BB: This incorrectly describes a black-based cat. Therefore, it must be changed to bb to show a chocolate-based cat.
  • OO: This incorrectly describes a red-based female cat. Therefore, it must be changed to Oo to show a tortoiseshell cat.
  • Dd: This incorrectly describes a non-dilute cat. Therefore, it must be changed to dd to show a dilute cat.
  • AA: This correctly describes a cat that shows tabby markings.
  • McMc: This incorrectly describes a mackerel tabby. Therefore, it must be changed to mcmc to show a classic tabby.
  • spsp: This correctly describes a cat with no spotted tabby.
  • tata: This correctly describes a cat with no ticked tabby.
  • ww: This incorrectly describes a cat with no white spotting. Therefore, it must be changed to Ww to show a cat with some white spotting.
  • cc: This incorrectly describes a point cat. Therefore, it must be changed to CC to show a cat with no point.
