Sorry, I meant to finish this now and got interrupted so I am posting it as a WIP.
They are done! This one is a silver/purple dragon entered as a first tier entry.
Edit: As a side note I pictured their scales kind of glow at certain times or when catching the light a certain way so might be different shades depending on where they are or what they are doing.

ooo a dragon design! I love it! You did an awesome job with the wings, and the base looks stellar as a dragon! I also really enjoy how you include backgrounds in your entries. And the palette is awesome! I love purples and silvers ^^
