helpful stuff:
-to make pictures transparent make sure they are transparent in the layers first then right click and then click open image in new tab!! Then change oekaki/image/image.php?id=3452818&size=large&format=auto&rev=1569550187 to oekaki/image/image.php?id=3452818&size=large&format=png&rev=1569550187 and your done!! (erase auto in the link and turn it into png)
-To animate upload your now transparent picture to PISKEL and then duplicat the picture (so you have multiple frames) then use the lasso tool and shift to move parts!
