You can decide what to call it; The surface is a sort of glowing, bioluminescent water. There’s no bacteria or plankton in the water, no reason to explain why it glows. There are a few spots of black dirt that show up as ‘land’, but mostly it’s just water. The inhabitants consist of many creepy, deformed aquatic creatures that live below the surface of the water. They eat mysterious Black Sea plants. There is also a humanoid species that lives in the water; you can design them or contact me and I will design them for you. The atmosphere is made out of Carbon Monoxide (deadly to humans), so that’s what the inhabitants breathe. This planet has no moons, no surrounding planets, it’s off in it’s own galaxy, away from everything.
