the only one thats pretty spot on is cosmog . but that one is probably the easiest bc cosmog is drawn by everyone and is a more recent pokemon design

I like this a lot. I like to think that even within a species of pokemon, there are many variations (like spiky-eared pichu for example), so this doesn't feel very "inaccurate" to me at all. Cute style too.
