Seal lines. Was gonna base it off my fav real life harbor seal but uhhhh oops I colored a sea lion instead but what else would you expect from me 😂 tried to make it look like external ear flaps and not ear holes to make it correct.

cute! you may want to recolor the lines though, since they were colored for the design i made. :-)
also, it's in beginners because that's where i posted, not in editable oekaki, so you're fine.
