i decided to revamp maple a little- now he's the med cat app. at the time of rainpaw's accident (where he gets hit by a car and ends up missing a leg, half his tail, and half his face). they end up spending a lot of time together in the medicine den and grow very, very close. maplepaw is there to help rainpaw recover and become the best warrior (and later leader) he can be. they try to be discreet about their relationship and pass it off as just a leader spending time with his medicine cat, but everyone knows (and they don't really care.)
