Introducing Solara, the spirit guide and protector of Striker Wilson. She is also the rival of her counterpart, the deceiver spirit Tratitiris.
Unlike 'Deceivers', who manipulate their hosts into doing evil deeds, Spirit guides act as their hosts protectors. Often taking on physical forms to protect their hosts from danger. Especially if that danger comes from the spirit realm.
Solara, as her name entails, is one of the more stronger types of spirit guides. Due to her ability to use both fire attacks and to draw energy from the sun itself. Hence why many refer to her as Solara, or 'Sol' for short. Before she became partnered with Striker, she had been assigned to be the keeper of the western flame. A powerful fire magic that only a few have ever managed to master. Those few being the 'Phoenix born'. A rare breed of shifter who are only born during the night of the hundredth year. Thus, it was a shock for many when Striker aura became similar to that of Thomas's.
Since then Solara has been watching over Striker. Often aiding him in times of difficulty, and lending him guidance from afar. Constantly waiting for the day that his powers will fully awaken, so that she could finally reveal herself to him face to face.
Solara's two main forms are that of a Phoenix and a Quetzalcoatl. However, due to Striker's condition, she sometimes struggles to keep these forms for longer than a second. Often turning back into either a golden coloured snake or an eagle afterwards.
