classified is a sort of scp-like adoptable, where the things you adopt and breed are creatures who have been genetically modified, experimented on, or completely human-created. these creatures are the things the [???] have been hiding from the public. the things they plan to use as weapons, but we, the [???], have saved them from the pain of experimentation. but these things cannot be reversed, and have been embedded into their genetic code. now it is your job to take some of these creatures in, even the ones that are... difficult...

this is a custom-lined adoptable, where every adopt is uniquely made by the artist in their own style.
lines may be provided in the future for artists who are only interested in doing line-edits and coloring, but for now there aren't.

means art role-playing game. but classified doesn't contain the usual quests, and such. though you do level up, and get your first creature via form.

codes-
like how scps have numbers (scp-#), the creatures of classified will have numbers too.
the number of your creature is the number of the adopt. like the mascot, he was out first so he would be 001, and 002 would be 002 and so on. this is to keep better track of the creatures and such. 001 wouldn't be 343, 406, etc. it makes it easier to say their code instead, which refers both to the creature itself and the adopt number in which it came out.
they can, however, have numbers after said code, as long as the first three numbers are the corresponding numbers of the adopt. example; 001-42

rules

✒ follow all cs rules. this counts towards any artwork.
✒ anything adopted here cannot be used as an oc, but can be used in future classified rp threads.
✒ be nice to staff and others.
✒ after adoption the appearance of the creature cannot be altered without an item.
✒ you will not be added when adopting a creature.
✒ regarding agencies;
they must be kept on a thread/website.
you may only create one agency.
✒ your creatures will be put up for adoption if banned from classified or cs. you cannot keep them.
✒ 1 custom is allowed per month.
✒ artists; please refrain from making any dragon-based/dragon-like adopts/starters or constellation/zodiac adopts/starters, as i have them planned for a future event.
✒ no reposting forms.
✒ if you do not level up to level 1 within a month, your starter will be rehomed

[creatures you get in classified will be kept in something called an agency.]

step one; making an agency.
this is the place where creatures will be kept and organized. it can be created on a website or a thread in character storage.
agencies should have information about them and the individual creatures.

step two; getting a starter.
the foundation of your agency, they are why your agency was created. they are the beginning of your journey.
your starter is your first creature, but is randomly chosen.

step three; leveling.
leveling is easy, and allows you to adopt more or breed creatures.
you can level through writing and/or drawing.

your agency will start at what we call the "foundation level" or level 0. you automatically level to level 1 after you get your starter and create your agency.

----✒ create a backstory/personality for your starter

----✒ write about or draw a moment in your starter's life from before they were saved from containment
----✒ write about or draw your starter encountering one of your other creatures for the first time

level 3;
: your agency can hold 8 creatures :

level 4;
: your agency can hold 10 creatures :
