wanted to do a painting but eh,,, didn't happen,,

EDIT- figured out how to resize things!!!!!!!!!!! OH MAN!!!!!!!! THIS MAKES THE OEKAKI MUCH MORE USABLE NOW!!!
I still don't think theres clipping layers which is uh,,,, tragic,,,, because otherwise I'd actually consider this program for frequent work
