Okay, so I took another stab at this contest, this time though, it's a griffin!

This is her story-

Lilian was born into a regular Griffin community, in a regular egg. Her mother was very proud, since this was her first egg, and it had been laid with no complications, and the egg was the regular white with a few brown speckles. After a week of patient sitting on the egg, the mother was glad to see some small cracks in her egg. But, when Lilian hatched out of the egg, every Griffin gasped. Lilian was not the ordinary tanish brown color....She was silver. She also had a faint crimson swirl on her neck ruff, which was even odder. Lilian's mother shrugged it off, and said that she would grow out of her silver fur, and her wings would no longer be silver, but white. That never happened. As she grew older, and began going to Griffin Spell School, she was taunted and teased, and every griffin made fun of her. Even the adult griffins shunned her. Her mother still loved her, and wanted the best for her. So, one day, after another bad day of school, Lilian's mother quickly took her out to the Secret Forest, and gave her two necklaces, one for her wing, the other for her tail. The pendants resembled crystal leaves, and her mother told Lilian that they would keep her safe. Lilian's mother also gave her a small teddy bear, with one wing, and a crystal blue patch. Her mother said that it would keep her company. Lilian was confused, but her mother told her that she had to leave, because her mother had overheard the Elders plotting to kill Lilian. So, her mother told her to fly as far away as she could, and sent her off with a pack of food, so that she wouln't starve.

That is the story of Lilian.
