Looks like something interesting is happening.
From 20th November to 1st December, you can create your own howls.




RULES;

- keep to uncommon and below
- make sure to post the application form alongside your howl!
- try not to use neon colours!
- you may make up to three different MYOs
- you may get another user to create an MYO on your behalf
- you must receive approval from me before your Howl can be made official.
- Have fun!
