What are Foul/Fowl Dogs?

Foul Dogs, as they call themselves as opposed to "Fowl Dogs," are a
canine species with many physical traits similar to that of Roosters,
and possibly other fowl creatures, hence the given name.
The adopted name of "Foul" Dogs come from their attitude.

ANATOMY NOTES:
Crazy Hair - Erractic, loose strands, long or short, can be vibrant or natural colours,
Neck - Fur is feathered, but not feathers, can have curly haired chests, fluffy mostly,
Chest - Fluffy normally,
Body - Small feathers under front legs, body is a little longer than a wolf's, very slim and skinny naturally, conditions can cause them to have excess fur, or added mass,
Front Legs - Excess elbow fur, claws are more like talons, similar to wolf legs
Rear Legs - Slender for fast movements, no feathers on rump, extra dew claw is found higher up near "upper ankle", dew claws are inward, never outward, claws are more like talons,
Tail - Bundle of feathers, lengths differ, smaller feathers near base, bigger and longer feathers near the end/tip

If you couldn't figure it out already, these hounds have a got a bad attitude.
Due to some hormones and typical environments they are raised in,
most, if not all, have crazy, rude, and erractic demeanors.
They're loud, have poor manners,
