If the base is not involved then I will not consider it as a win.
2. You may draw off oekaki
3. The doggo must be male with masculine-like features.
(pretty much, I am not looking for purples and pinks and eyelashes)
4. You may draw 1 or 2 dogs. No more than that.

Prizes:
1st Place: 100 C$
2nd Place: (if I deem so fit) 30 C$
3rd Place: (if I deem so fit) 10 C$

8. A drawing of the doggo beside the base in your art style

1. No line edits
2. The ears the dog has currently
