General Rules
•Species Guidelines
A Lacerem cannot be your fursona.
There will not be other forms. They are feral only.
They can be mounts/pets for other characters (size varies).
They can live in the wilderness, or as pets in the city.
•These are a Closed Species
Only staff are allowed to make these, unless you have my permission or it's an MYO.
•No Spam
Don't advertise on any of the threads, unless it's related to this species.
Please don't bump, don't quote your post. You are allowed to mark and ask questions.
•Don't Steal
You are not permitted to take credit for anything on this thread.
•Selling/Buying/Trading/Gifting
Lacerems can be sold for equal or less than purchased, even with extra art their value does not change.
-Please don't argue with me about this, it is my preference. If you don't like it don't adopt.
If it was not purchased (adopted, gifted, or from a raffle) you may not sell it.
You can put your Lacerems for readoption at any time, as long as you notify the artist.
Lacerems can be traded only for other Lacerems.
PLEASE NOTIFY AN ARCHIVIST, after a change in ownership has taken place.
Traits/items and MYOs can only be traded for other traits/items and MYOs.
•Be Respectful
Treat everyone here the way you want to be treated.
Absolutely no bullying, fighting, or drama on any of my threads.
•Development
You are encouraged to develop, roleplay, make art of your Lacerems.
Please ask the owner of the species before making any public Lacerem based threads.

•Respect the Staff
Artists are allowed to close the competition at any time. Do not post/bump after
the deadline, and do not PM the artist with anything other than questions.
•Transfers
At this time, transferring the design to other species is not permitted.
PM the owner if you have any concerns.
•Owning a Lacerem
You are free to give your Lacerem any personality, sexuality, scars, tattoos, accessories, etc.
Biological gender cannot be changed without an item, and it cannot be changed if your Lacerem has been bred.
You are not allowed to alter the Lacerem's design itself without permission from the artist.
•Art
You may not change the anatomy, keep the head shape in mind when making art of your Lacerems.
Let other artists know when they are making art of your Lacerems that they have to stick to the anatomy.
I am not too too strict on this, so if it mostly looks like a Lacerem, it will be fine.
•Edits
A list of edits must be provided on every adopt, custom, nursery baby, MYO, etc.

Adoption Cooldowns/Limits and Breeding
•In One Calendar Month (restarts every 1st), You May Adopt:
-3 normal adopts (one of which may be uncommon or rare) (this also includes MYOs, gifts, etc.)
-1 guest artist adopt
-2 currency adopts
-2 event adopts
-2 nursery adopts
This may be changed in the future.
•You May Own 15 Lacerems in Total FOR NOW
You may only own 15 Lacerems in total, no matter if they are customs, adopts, etc.
You can only own 5 uncommon and 1 rare Lacerem.
This may be changed in the future.
•Very Rare Adopts
You can only own 1 very rare adopt, ever.
This may be changed in the future.
•Co-owning
This is allowed, however, it counts towards both owners' limits.
•Honorable Mentions
A shop will be added in the future, please keep track of all your HMs.
•Re-adopting Limit
You must own your Lacerems for 15 days before you are allowed to trade/sell them.
You may gift your Lacerems at any time without any cooldowns.
•Breeding
A Lacerem may only breed with a Lacerem of the opposite gender.
You must wait 2 weeks after adoption before breeding your new Lacerems.
(This includes all newly acquired Laces, MYOs, etc.)
After breeding, a Lacerem has a 1-month cooldown (once the form has been posted).
•Nursery Batches
Breeding can result in 1-2 babies, depending on the random # generator.
Babies may be grown 2 weeks after the batch has been posted.
They can stay babies with a potion from the store.

Staff and Artist Rules
•There is no dA page yet, so please don't make currency adopts, ignore all currency-related adopt rules.
•All adopts and batches must be made on Oekaki or posted on dA, no other sites without my permission.
•Artists can hold any kind of competition for adopts.
•Staff may not take payment for nursery batches but can be paid for customs and growths.
•Staff may have another artist make their breedings, customs, etc.
•An artist must be active for 20 days before making a currency adopt.
•Keep track of what all currency adopts are sold for. (Always put down in desc.)
•All dA designs must be kept track of in the archive. Please post your design to the correct group.
•Staff cannot decide the fate of a nursery batch, only the owners can.
•Full artists will receive one unlimited common MYO (with 1 uncommon trait) every month, and 1 unlimited uncommon (with 1 rare trait) every 4 months. Any acquired (bought/won) traits can be applied to MYOs.
•Designs must be sold for 500+ points if sold on the original base, or 100+c$.
•All adopts must have at least a name and gender. Please include a list of edits on every adopt.
•Put the number of the adopt in the title, the rest of it is up to you.
•Your contests must last at least 24 hours, however, it is recommended to be a week.
•Please judge your contests in a timely manner, if it takes longer than three weeks after being closed, I will judge it myself.
•Artists, please keep the rarity system in mind, if you have any questions, ask me.
