Korova (co-row-va) are very tall/big creatures, reaching as much as 8 feet, though most are 5-6 feet, and weighing almost 350 pounds. The kits are about 3-4 feet and weigh about 150 pounds at birth. Korova are very strong animals, they have strong muscles and love to climb. They live in the Acagian mountains, which are very steep and contain many sharp rocks you could fall on. So, they have large retractable claws in their paws along with hooves, to help keep them stable when climbing. They use their four horns during duels, as they are a species that runs on dominance. Though all genders have the four horns, they are only useful for the males. They fight other males for leadership, breeding rights, etc. The duel ends once one horn on one male has been chipped. But their horns are like a lizard tail, and grow back fast. Korova have a mouth full of razor-sharp teeth, but never use them during duels. All Korova are a family and live in large packs in caves. They only use their teeth when they venture out of their caves to go to the pound and hunt for fish. Korova are very fast and skilled hunters, so one might go out looking for a salmon but come back with 10 bass and 5 sparrows. unlike most other species, Korova are used to having a large variety of colors on their pelts, in multiple patterns as well. In fact, Korova come in all colors imaginable.
