Snowy Orb Dragon Entry 2, Electric Boogaloo

I was saving the ever loving heck out of this image bc my computer freezes whenever I use the oekaki.
dis one is based off of Monty, the Diamond Python from the zoo when I was a kid. He sat on my shoulders, he was v heavy but he was nice.
Traits:
Standard: Sclera Color, Custom Orb
Common: Custom Pupil, Horn Edit
Uncommon: Custom Tongue
???: Extra Gem Rings around Legs and Torso (Can't tell if it counts as Custom Gem Rings (Uncommon) or Gem Growth On Body (Rare)
